Please complete this form only if you wish to return an order placed through the www.wufkids.com online store.

If you wish to return an order or part of an order to us, please complete the withdrawal form below.

To return the goods in accordance with the concluded distance contract, please send them back to the Mārupes Daugavas 31 RIMI parcel locker, providing the telephone number 25155483, or return the goods to our store at 43 Kr. Valdemāra Street, Riga or send directly back to our warehouse Kabiles street 37, Mārupe, LV-2167 (receiver Toms Lange, phone number +371 25155483, email: [email protected]).

We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, to the bank account specified by you. If the returned goods were purchased using a gift card, the company will issue a new gift card for the value of the returned goods.

In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, the withdrawal form must be completed if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Under the distance contract, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you receive the goods.

Goods that cannot be returned:

• For hygiene reasons, underwear, tights, socks, and hygiene products cannot be exchanged or returned to the store.

Please ensure the following conditions are met when exercising your right of withdrawal:

• The goods must not have been used;
• The goods must be packed in their original packaging, with the original product labels/tags and with all components included;
• The goods must not be dirty, wrinkled, washed, or otherwise damaged.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
